MinusX works in three distinct modes - Lite, Pro, and Enterprise. Each mode is tailored to different levels of usage and support. Whether you're just exploring what MinusX can do or rolling it out across your organization, there's a mode that fits. Our pricing page has more details.

Lite Mode ✨

This is the default mode when you install MinusX on your own.

Lite is our best-effort mode β€” a way to get a feel for what MinusX can do without any setup friction. It works out of the box and is great for small teams or solo explorers who want to try MinusX's capabilities on their data. There's no commitment, and while some features are limited, you still get the core MinusX experience. Most of our users who like using the Lite mode thoroughly enjoy Pro and Enterprise!

Pro Mode πŸ› οΈ

Pro is for power users who want more control, features, and support.

With Pro, you get access to fine-grained customization, more configuration options, and early access to experimental features. We also provide faster support, tailored suggestions, and better collaboration tools. If you're integrating MinusX deeper into your workflows, this is the mode for you. We also get on calls with Pro users to help model their data better!

Enterprise Mode πŸš€

Enterprise is a fully managed experience designed for teams and organizations.

We provide white-glove onboarding, help design or refine your data models, and can even integrate MinusX with your Slack or internal APIs. You'll work directly with our Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure a smooth rollout and maximize impact across your organization. We have dedicated 24/7 support and data security features for our Enterprise customers.

Still unsure which is the right fit for you? You can always schedule a call with one of our co-founders to discuss your needs.
